Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For customers in Romania and the European Union: In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a minimum legal right of 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order. We extend this to 30 days as a courtesy to all our customers.

Skincare & Beauty Products — Hygiene Policy: Due to health and hygiene reasons, all skincare and beauty products can only be returned if they are completely unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed packaging. We are unable to accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken — even partially.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original factory-sealed packaging

How to request a return: Contact us before sending anything back via our Contact Form. Do not send items back without prior authorization, as we need to provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

No restocking fee applies.
